Shipping Information

Shipping timelines depend on whether an item is Pre-Order or Pre-Made.

Pre-Made Items
Ship within 3–5 business days of order placement.

Pre-Order Items
Ship within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days (for Pre-Made items), please contact solace.clo.assistance@gmail.com.

Duties & International Orders

United States Orders
All duties and import fees for U.S. shipments are prepaid by us. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to calculate these fees in advance. If applicable, payment will be collected by the carrier or customs authority prior to or at delivery.

Failure to pay required duties or taxes may result in your package being held or returned. Orders will not be refunded due to refusal to pay customs charges or failure to comply with local import regulations.
